Sue and Lola & Ruby
(Cardigan Corgi & Kelpie/BC cross)
 |
Found the in-depth
written report very useful - as I can refer back to it when we (owners) go
astray. Whilst most of the points Heather made were obvious - we didn't feel at
any stage that we were being scolded for not realising our errors sooner.
Heather delivered her advice in a friendly, precise and informative way - and
covered so much ground in the time given. Have recommended Heather to many
people - we now have two very happy dogs.

Also very impressed that
Heather had done so much research on Lola and Ruby's breeds.

Vera and Hank
(Crossbreed)
|

|
Hank has improved, but
given more time I am sure will achieve more. As a rescue dog all progress has
been slow. The one to one session was excellent and a great help.

Terence and Hannah
(Rottweiler)
I have been pleased with
the way the classes have gone and although my dog has a mind of its own, she
seems to perform well with the instructor so I think it is me who needs the
training not the dog.

Astra and Ozzie (German
Shepherd)
Very helpful
consultation and subsequent courses. I have a great deal more calm confidence
with him and although he can still be a handful in some situations, I now have a
structured plan of exposing him to his problems to address them.
No quick fix, but we are
getting there. Ozzie is a joy to own and is now reliable with our guests who
regularly take him for a walk on our land. That makes us all
happy!!

Valerie and Woody
(Hungarian Vizsla)
The consultant explained
how to address Woody's problem which we were struggling with and since then we
know how to handle it. Attending the training class is also beneficial to
Woody, keeping him well socialised.

Trish and Monty
(Rottweiler)
To promote the effect
our human energies have on dogs' behaviours. In particular, teaching the right
way to greet/meet a dog and the wrong way!

Paula and Meesha
(Siberian Husky)
I did not attend a
course with Meesha due to her lack of confidence. Lots of confidence building
exercises were done at home on walks etc. However, I was attending classes ran
by Heather with my younger dog, Troy. All exercises and knowledge gained on
these courses, I brought home and used on Meesha with excellent results.
